In 2009, my parents purchased a commerical building in historic downtown Salvisa, Kentucky. It had been previously owned and operated by the Currens Family of Salvisa. It had been a working garage for several decades. After several months of reconstruction, Salvisa Station was completed. I started making preparations for a small gift shop in the front part of the building. On December 5, 2009 it opened to the public. After 10 years of business, I made the decision to move to a location in downtown Harrodsburg, Kentucky. We will open THE GIFT SHOP from Salvisa Station in February 2020. A baby and toddler outlet will remain in Salvisa at 400 Main Street.
